Ocean Acres Cottages & Campground

**Quiet Time** 11:00pm until 7am. Please be respectful of your neighbours. Excessive noise is not allowed at any time. Sound carrying beyond your site during quiet time may result in you and your guests being asked to leave. **Check-in Time** Campsites 1pm Cottages 3pm Check out is 11am **Occupancy** There is to be no more than 6 people in a cottage or on campsite at anytime. If you would like to have a larger gathering please let us know and we may help you make other arrangements. Children No child is to be left unattended. Any child under 14 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult 18 yrs or older while enjoying the swimming pool. **Visitors** Visitors must check in before 8pm at The Deck Restaurant and must leave by 10pm. All visitors must pay applicable fee to use the pool. The site holder is responsible for all the actions of their visitors. We reserve the right to refuse admittance and all unregistered visitors found on site will be asked to leave. **Conduct** We have a zero tolerance policy for disorderly, abusive or indecent conduct. Any person engaging in activities that are illegal or could be harmful to others will be evicted immediately and authorities will be called. **Alcohol** May be consumed on your own site or at your own cottage. Absolutely no outside food or drinks are allowed at The Deck Restaurant and no food or drinks in the pool area. **Pets** Must be on a leash and attended. Pets are not allowed in any buildings, playground or Cottage 1. Pets must be cleaned up after. Hostile or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. Exotic pets are not permitted. **Smoking** All common areas and buildings are smoke and vape free. Our cottages are smoke and vape free as well. **Cannabis** Consumption is permitted only inside one's own private camping unit. ex tent or camper. **Trees** Our trees are precious. Do not cut limbs, climb or attach anything to our trees. This includes clotheslines. **Vehicles** The Speed limit is 10KMH. Slow down for kids sake!! Please keep vehicles locked and personal valuables in a safe place. We are not responsible for lost or stolen property. Fireworks & Chinese Lanterns are ILLEGAL on PEI. No incendiary devices may be lit on park grounds or on our beach or off the bridge. Garbage Is to be left at the edge of the road between the hours of 8am - 8pm in clear plastic bags. No Vehicle washing or RV washing. Sewer Must use a "Doughnut". Only septic friendly biodegradable holding tank treatments are permitted. Electricity AC must be turned off when absent from an RV or Cottage. Campfires Fires must be attended to at all times. Fires must be under control and extinguished by 12am. No off island wood allowed. These rules and regulations are subject to change without notice. **Cancellation Policy** Upon booking we require a 50% deposit before taxes of the entire reservation. By Credit Card or E-Transfer, Deposits can NOT be made with a Debit Card This deposit is fully refundable until 14days prior to your check in date. Any changes after 14days may result in a loss of deposit. Any reservation made with less than 14days before arrival the deposit is non refundable. Cancellations must be made over the phone at 902 962 3913 nor email at [email protected]. ******Smoking Policy****** Smoking and Vaping is not allowed in the cottages, pool area, restaurant or any of our buildings. Smoking or Vaping in any of these buildings will result in a $200 cleaning fee. Anyone using Cannabis outside there personal RV or Tent will be asked to leave without refund and charged the $200 fee. Smoking is allowed on the cottage porches as long as the windows and door are closed and ash trays are used. ****DAMAGES***** All damages incurred during your stay will be repaired and replaced at your cost and will be charged to the card you provided. This campground has dynamic pricing set and the price you pay for your site may vary depending on various factors set.
