Guest Access: Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings, including the main garden and parking on site. The Neighborhood: Located within the township of Sorell, Tasmania. A convenient starting point to explore local markets, farmlands, vineyards, distilleries, and Tasmania’s historic convict settlements. Hobart, Dunalley, and Richmond are all within a 12-28 minute drive of the property. Other Things to Note: - No WiFi - Quiet hours 10 pm-7 am - No pets allowed on the property - No smoking allowed on the property - Mobile reception is good for all networks - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - Some areas are shared, such as the BBQ grill, chairs, etc. - Please note there will be some road noise as the tiny house is situated in Sorell - Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the doors when leaving the tiny house - Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., especially chargers).
