Other Things to Note: - Pet-friendly - Wifi is available - This is a pet friendly property - No smoking allowed inside the tiny house but there will be designated smoking areas - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - We have fruit trees that guests are free to walk around - Please note that we have small friendly dogs on the property - We are small working hobby farm with small flock of sheep and chooks - Fresh farm produce such as eggs, fruits, and veggies are accessible to guests - Kookaburras, magpies, kagaroos, and native Aussie wildlife frequent on the property - Please note that there is another tiny house in this property. Please expect some guests during your stay Important note: - Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during the fire season - Due to the property's rural location, you may encounter inconveniences such as insects during your stay - During summer season, guests are advise to wear appropriate clothing such as sneakers, boots, and long loose pants to prevent snake bites as snakes and bullants are abundant in the area.
