About this campground

This rustic tree house is nestled away on the banks of Big Creek in the heart of the Missouri Ozarks, and is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway in nature. The location is remote yet close to ample outdoor recreation within the Mark Twain National Forest. Inside the tree house, there is an open plan living space with a queen-size bed and sitting area. The bathroom is below the tree house and boasts an outdoor shower. Linen and towels are kindly provided by the hosts. Outdoors, there is a large deck with a swing bridge to a smaller deck. Here, glampers can kick-start the day with a hot cup of coffee as the sounds of Big Creek provide a soothing soundtrack.

When hunger strikes, there is a covered pavilion nearby that has a kitchen with appliances such as a small fridge, a coffeemaker and coffee, an electric griddle, a crockpot, and a grill. Furthermore, glampers can enjoy some fun in the sun while splashing around in the creek. There are tubes available for glampers to use. Inside the tree house, glampers will find amenities such as a comfortable bed, bed linens, pillows, and towels. Outside, there is a large deck as well as a swing bridge to a smaller deck. A few feet away, glampers will find a covered pavilion with seating and kitchen equipment. Life is better from big tree houses!
