Outside, guests can enjoy the greenery all around the cabin, and the fantastic views of the lake right from outside the living room, or the porch. All cabins are equipped with air conditioning and either a fireplace or wood-burning stove, meaning guests can be comfortable all year. There are hundreds of books in the library at the property, as well as free ice cream in the freezer. A canoe is also available for use from the special dock for launching canoes. The 8-foot by 12-foot communal deck is a great place to kick back and relax in the peace and quiet so easily found at the property, and guests can use the free dock space for one boat when renting a cabin. If not, a 14-foot long aluminum fishing boat can be provided with each rental, and motors are also available for rent nearby. A recently constructed fish house is a great place for guests to clean and store their catch during their stay. In case there is a long queue for the bathroom when staying at the cabin, there is also a communal shower room and a communal bathroom for all guests to use, too.
