A separate detailed Pet Policy will be provided upon approval. Aggressive dogs, large breeds, and other animals cannot be accommodated. 📋 House Rules Please review the rental agreement prior to booking. Check-in: Anytime after 4 PM Check-out: By 11 AM Self check-in via keypad (code will be sent prior to arrival). Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM No smoking, parties, or events. Parking: Limited to two vehicles only. Please acknowledge that you must be able to climb a few stairs up to the front porch and entry door. Please follow posted fireplace and house rules. 🧹 Check-Out Instructions Before you head home, please help us prepare for the next guests: Turn off all lights and fans, and set A/C to 78°F (or heat to 65°F).
