Inside you will find four bedrooms, two upstairs living rooms, and a spacious downstairs rec room with a smart TV and access to streaming apps. There will be plenty of space to spread out. Throughout the home you will enjoy the calming effect of the Canadian spruce log construction. The home will be stocked with coffee and tea at the beginning of your stay. Bedroom #1 includes a king bed with down comforter, ensuite bathroom, seating area, desk, SmartTV, and direct access to the outdoor deck. Upstairs bedroom #2 includes a double bed with down comforter, luggage rack, and aview of Happy Valley from the bed! Upstairs bedroom #3 includes a twin bed and trundle bed, both with down comforters, closet, and side table. Downstairs bedroom #4 has a unique hexagonal shape with an impressive carved wood queen bed with down comforter, dresser, side table, and spectacular views. Guests will have access to the entire house with the exception of a locked pantry and garage. These spaces are reserved for the host only. There is ample space for guest parking at the top of the driveway near the front door. A keyless access code will be send to guests within 24 hours of their arrival. This private community of homes is perched on the southwest slope of Bell Hill and overlooks Happy Valley, a pastoral oasis with a mix of homesites, farms, and wooded hillsides. We ask that you respect the privacy of our neigbhors and remain on the paved private roads. It feels like you are a world away, but your private retreat is just a short drive from all Sequim’s many activities: local restaurants and shops, lavender farms, Dungeness Spit, Olympic Discovery Trail, the Olympic Game Farm, and more. The Olympic National Park Visitor Center is 30-minutes away. There are plenty of family friendly activities available nearby, though exploring the property or sitting and relaxing may be more enticing! If arriving by ferry the drive is just an hour drive from the Kingston terminal and less than 1.5 hours to the Bainbridge ferry terminal. The owners take great care in the cleaning and sanitization of the property to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness for our guests. Please do not climb on the retaining walls and take care to stay away from the edges, particularly in the dark, to prevent falls. Please keep children away from the retaining walls at all times.
