Sleeping arrangements: * The sleeping areas are open with no separate bedroom spaces. (See camper layout photo.) * This is a 2020 Forest River Shasta 18BH model. * Sleeps up to four guests (maximum two adults without prior host agreement). * One RV-size queen bed. * Two twin bunk beds (250-pound weight limit). Camper amenities: * Fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, gas stove, and refrigerator (no oven). * Bathroom with RV toilet and shower (shower height is seventy inches). * Small television with Roku (stream your own subscriptions). * Fast Wi-Fi. * Air conditioning and heating. Outdoor features: * Private dock. * Floating lake mat. * Two kayaks with life jackets. * Firepit (bring your own firewood). * Deck adjoining the camper with picnic table. * Charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal and lighter). * Gated circular gravel driveway for added security. Pet policy: * Dog-friendly for up to two house-trained, well-behaved dogs. * Dogs must not be left unattended inside or outside and must be leashed outdoors. * Wildlife, cats, or dogs may visit. Please do not book with your own dogs if they are reactive to other animals. Important details: * A signed rental agreement and waiver are required (per insurance policy). * As RV camping may be new to some guests, detailed instructions and videos are provided to help with camper features, including holding tanks. The circular gravel driveway is gated. The site slopes toward the lake with steps leading down. Please note that a neighboring friendly dog and cat may stop by during your visit, and wildlife is common in the area. Lake Lahusage was formed when a dam was built on the Little River in the 1920s. The Broken Dam is a beautiful sight downstream. The property is near the beloved town of Mentone, often featured in Southern Living Magazine for its attractions, restaurants, and charm. The area is filled with natural beauty, scenic vistas, brow views, mountain crafts, and art. Nearby attractions include Desoto State Park, Desoto Falls, and Little River Canyon in northeast Alabama. Cloudland State Park, James H. “Sloppy” Floyd State Park, McLemore Golf Club, and Lookout Mountain Flight Park are all within driving distance in Georgia. Chattanooga, Tennessee, is approximately one hour away for day trips.
