You will receive a text or email from the Guest Ranger that will ask you to verify your identity and submit a picture of a government-issued ID and a selfie. This information will be used to verify that the booking guest matches the credit card used and to help reduce any issues with identity theft. This process is mandatory to complete the booking. On top of that, we use hashing to add an extra layer of security using a one-way function where a unique message digest is generated from an input file or a string of text. No keys are used. You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and overnight guests.
