This 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom Guest House has everything you want in your Grand Lake vacation - Rocky Beach for swimming - The only dock in a private cove - Rocky Beach for small boat launching - Fire Pit - A 340-degree view of Grand Lake at the entrance to Drowning Creek - Propane Grill - Fully Stocked small kitchen - Smart TV - Tree Swings & Picnic Table - Sleeps up to 10: 4 Queen Beds (Queen over Queen bunks), & 1 Queen Sofa Bed - Attached deck - Parking for trucks with boat trailers - Privacy: The owner will NOT be at the Main House during your stay so you have the entire Island to yourself. Truly a one-of-a-kind lake house from all the other "tourists" with the best sunset viewing on the lake. Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a pet stay fee. A lease agreement and security deposit are required.
