You’re welcome to use the beach chairs, coolers, and yard games stored in the garage. Just note that the garage is for storage only and not available for vehicle parking. The long private driveway comfortably fits up to four cars, making arrival and loading/unloading easy for groups. You’ll enjoy easy access with a personal code for the front door smart lock, so check-in is smooth and flexible without needing to coordinate key handoffs. Once you arrive, the cabin and outdoor spaces are all yours to relax, play, and enjoy. NEIGHBORHOOD - Located in the heart of Incline Village, a quiet, upscale Lake Tahoe community - About 2–3 minutes on foot (roughly 200 yards) to the Incline Village Championship Golf Course - Around 5 minutes by car to Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe for gaming, dining, and lakefront fun - Roughly 7–10 minutes to Diamond Peak Ski Resort, great for winter skiing and snowboarding - Just a 5–7 minute drive to Lake Tahoe’s beaches and shoreline for swimming, paddling, or relaxing by the water - Close to local restaurants, cafés, and shops in Incline Village for dining and daily essentials - Easy access to nearby trails and forest roads for hiking, biking, and year-round outdoor adventures TRANSIT Getting around the Cabin is easy! You'll find ample free parking for up to 4 cars in the private driveway. While public transportation within Incline Village is limited, the cabin's location offers convenient access to major routes for driving. The Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) is approximately a 45-minute drive away. From there, you can utilize ride-sharing services or rental cars to reach the cabin. Enjoy your stay! NOTES - Pet-friendly cabin, your pup is welcome; please include pets in your reservation and follow house rules - Garage is for storage only (beach gear, coolers, games) no vehicle parking inside - Winter stays may require 4WD/AWD or chains during storms; mountain roads can be snowy and icy - Please shower before using the hot tub and keep glass away from the tub area - This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Kindly respect local quiet hours and neighbors - Altitude is higher than sea level, so stay hydrated and take it easy your first day if you’re not used to it. ADDITIONAL RULES -Late Check-Out Policy: Please note that the standard check-out time is 10 AM. If guests fail to check out by the designated time, a late check-out fee of $100 will be applied. Guests may request a late check-out in advance for an additional fee, which is subject to availability. We will review the request and let you know whether it is approved.
