A private, beautifully remodeled, tree-top cabin close to the river and downtown Guerneville! - 2 Bedrooms - 2 Full Baths (showers only) - Open floorplan living, dining and kitchen areas - Hot Tub - Dog Friendly - Multiple Deck Spaces with outdoor dining areas and comfy seating - Gas BBQ Grill and outdoor sink - Fast Wifi - Paddleboard & inner tubes available for renter use! Clothes washer & dryer located on lower level. Please Be Aware - a significant number of stairs must be climbed to reach the cabin from the parking area. Once you are up there, though, kiss your worries goodbye! Dog Friendly - $80 Dog Fee per pup. Occupancy: 6 People max / day or night Parking: Up to 2 vehicles in off street parking area at base of house.
