Stay among the trees or explore downtown Gatlinburg, only 15 mins away! Enjoy unobstructed views on this oversized platform deck treehouse! Built and designed by the “Treehouse Master” Pete Nelson, this is a custom treehouse only minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. This treehouse was made for large gatherings. Sleeping up to 10 guests, you’ve got 4 bedrooms, including 2 lofted queens, a sleeper sofa, and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy the mountain views while drinking your morning coffee or eating lunch under the covered bar area! Get outside while relaxing in one of our community hot tubs or exploring the Smokies! This accommodation is your perfect treehouse getaway in Gatlinburg, Tennessee! As you enter on the treehouse’s platform, you’re welcomed by the largest porch with the highest and best views in the Grove. Inside, you will find a well-equipped tiny-home kitchen, including a fridge, microwave, dual hotplate, coffee pot, utensils and more. With a queen bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom, a queen bed in both lofts and a pull-out leather sofa, this treehouse comfortably sleeps 8-10. It has the largest platform and is closest to the tree supported shared/community hot tub with STUNNING views! Please note: Instead of a covered dining area with a large table and chairs like some of our other treehouses, this treehouse is designed with a covered bar with chairs; we opted for this design so guests can have unobstructed views rather than the dining area blocking the views. If you prefer a dining are with a large table and lots of chairs, this may not be treehouse for you! Layout: Once you arrive, you'll park in one of the close-by spots in our paved lot. To access this treehouse, you'll descend down a staircase with oversized stone stairs. Then, you'll access the treehouse’s deck, where you’re greeted with an exquisite covered outdoor bar that offers breathing taking views at every meal. To your right, you’ll find a space with a queen bed in a bedroom, a leather sleeper sofa, a living space, a bathroom fit with a shower and a tiny-home kitchen on the main level. There’s also a ladder that leads to a loft with a queen bed. To your left, you’ll find a queen bedroom, a bathroom and another lofted queen bed. Enjoy a day on the town or in one of our community hot tubs! This treehouse has keypad entry using a code provided via email before your stay. While this allows for no-contact entry, feel free to stop by our general store and visit with us and get some fan gear! Our treehouses are in the ideal spot for those wishing to explore Gatlinburg! While you feel hidden among the trees, you’ll be able to easily access city life in Gatlinburg. Our treehouse resort is near Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge & Sevierville, TN. Some local favorites and nearby attractions include Dollywood, Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, Gatlinburg SkyLift Park, The Island in Pigeon Forge, The Titanic Museum Attraction, The Hollywood Wax Museum, The Old Mill Restaurant, The Gatlinburg Space Needle, Anakeesta, and Ober Gatlinburg. We also have several hiking trails, horseback riding, picnic and camping facilities, and more close by! Taxi services, Uber, Lyft are available. Downtown Gatlinburg offers trolley service. There is ample public parking available for driving around the area. While we love our furry friends and this is a pet friendly property, we do have a few things to know: - We ask that you keep them off the bed, pickup after them outside, and prevent them from 'marking' anything inside. If excessive hair or urine is found inside, we will contact you regarding any necessary fees. - And finally, we do require you to disclose that you're bringing a pet as we have a $100 pet fee, per pet. Limit of 2 animals at this property.
