If there is an abundance of critters, please inform your host. - Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage. (This can be done while booking through Airbnb or directly- if booking that way) - ABSOLUTLEY NO smoking *in* the home. - Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. We charge $75 for two hours late/early for all requests of early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkouts. Please message us for more details. Your host is available by text, message, or call during your stay! After booking, you will be required to submit a pre-arrival form, show ID, and sign our rental agreement. This property is a contactless self-check-in. Code will be sent 3 days before check-in.
