The suite boasts a king bed with a loveseat to relax on as well as a balcony to take in the nature around you. Additionally, there is a walk-in steam shower with heated floors. The suite also has a kitchenette equipped with a small sink, dishes/utensils, toaster oven, coffee/tea/hot chocolate maker, and a closet. ACCESS Your stay at this room will be contactless, but we do have staff on call to help with any requests. 48 hours before your arrival, you'll receive detailed check-in instructions, including your code for the smart locks. There is no front desk on the property. You'll have access to your reserved room, as well as the community hot tub area and deck. NEIGHBORHOOD Directly across the street from the property, there's Ferncliff Food & Fuel, which is a small supermarket and gas station for any essential needs. In the summer, they're fully stocked with everything from toiletries to meats and pizza. There is also a laundromat across the street, as well as a liquor store with a great selection and 2 fuel pumps. There's a back entrance to Rocky Mountain Park, a few minutes down the road, as well as the entrance to this place. Within 15 minutes, you'll find some of the best hiking and wildlife Colorado has to offer. TRANSIT We recommend renting or bringing a car to best explore the surrounding areas. There isn't any public transit in the area until you get to Estes Park or Lyons. During the winter months, we strongly recommend an AWD or 4WD car whenever going to the mountains. NOTES Ferncliff isn't a big mountain town, so we recommend bringing anything you need with you for your stay. If you forget anything, there's always the market across the street. Ferncliff is a rural town, which means there's no cell service, but we do have high-speed Starlink Internet on the property. ADDITIONAL RULES Please make sure when parking that you're not blocking the entryway for other guests. Also, we ask that you limit your noise around the buildings and hot tub area during quiet hours. No smoking is allowed in the guest rooms. If you'd like to smoke, please ensure that the door is closed and you're away from any open windows.
