Norsträsks Camping is located in the heart of Västerbotten, about 8-9 miles from Umeå, Skellefteå, Lycksele and Vännäs. It takes about 1.5 hours to drive from each of these towns to the campsite. The nearest grocery store is between 2-4 miles away, for example in Botsmark (towards Umeå), and there is a wider range of shops and attractions in Vindeln, which is 4 miles away. In Vindeln there is the opportunity to explore the pristine Vindelälven with its mighty waterfall. Umeå, Lycksele and Skellefteå also offer a wide range of cultural activities and attractions. CC camping Norsträsk is owned by the Västerbottens sectonen and is a beautiful and pleasant place.

It is a must visit for anyone who owns a caravan or motorhome during the season. Once you have been to CC camping Norsträsk, you will want to return again soon. All seasonal campers act as campsite hosts on weekends and sometimes for entire weeks during the summer season. The department offers good rates that include electricity, excellent fishing opportunities with perch and pike, and sometimes stocked fish in the nearby lakes. The surrounding forest and fields offer different types of berries and mushrooms. It is a place of relaxing tranquility and immense freedom that must be experienced.
