ProfileIn the north east of the state of Brandenburg, only 80 km from Berlin, in the direct vicinity of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and Poland, is The Uckermark. It is the largest administrative district in Germany. However this piece of land is among …the most sparsely populated regions of Germany - best pre-requisites for nature, relaxation and quiet. There are more than 400 lakes to explore in the Uckermark. Our campsite is situated in the small town Lychen which is surrounded by seven lakes like an island. The wealth of the forests, meadows, lakes and rivers are waiting for anyone who wishes to discover this region. Hardly any other region offers such large areas of almost unspoilt nature.

Hiking trails and cycling paths lead through forests and meadows to clear lakes, which are ideal for bathing, diving and canoeing. We offer grass campsites with water and electric hook up points for touring caravans, motor homes and tents. There are modern washrooms with toilets, hot water showers, chemical disposal points, washing up area and laundry. We have a lovely playground for children and offer sports grounds for table tennis, soccer and beach volleyball. In bad weather you can hide in our large common room with TV offering, board games and painting books. It also contains a small kitchen. In addition we offer a personal computer with internet access. Our campsite is part of ECOCAMPING which is an association for the improvement of protection to the environment and nature and the safety and quality of campsites.
