About this campground
ATTENTION: Only for campers who have their own toilet! The camp in Ried-Muotathal is located at 600m above sea level in the municipality of Muotathal, directly on the hiking trail (direction Muotathal village, Illgau or Stoos). There are many hiking possibilities in the Muotathal in summer! The camp is also a few minutes from Vitaparcours. The cozy place behind an unused stable near our house offers a quiet place. At the stable there is fresh drinking water. Toilet and fireplace are not available. The bus stop (front bridge) is within 5 minutes walk. In 8 minutes you can reach the valley station of the cable car Muotathal-Illgau. A five-minute walk leads you to the "Muota stone" in the river "Muota", which reached a certain awareness at the two wild water canoe world championships that took place here.
