Terms of Use: Morin Lake Campground Rules & Policies Full payment for reservation plus a $5.00 reservation fee is due at the time of booking. **Notifications: ** - ALCOHOL BAN IN EFFECT FOR MAY LONG WEEKEND. - PETS MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES AND ARE NOT ALLOWED IN PLAYGROUND AREAS, ON THE BEACH OR IN THE SHOWERHOUSE. - Quiet hours 11pm-7am this includes the use of generators. They must be turned off at quiet time - Campsite Maximum Occupancy: - 2 UNITS (campers) both pay the applicable rate - 1 unit (camper) + tent for minor children Two 4-6 person tents (one for minor children) **Campground Rules** - No person under 19 years of age can purchase a camping permit without a parent or guardian - Please keep your site clean & orderly - Open fires are not permitted – use fire pits. At times of dry spells, fires may be prohibited. Obey all postings - Place your garbage in plastic bags and deposit in the garbage bins located at campground entry - Washing of vehicles or trailers at the boat launch is NOT permitted - DO NOT cut trees or underbrush - Park only in designated areas - NO PARKING on the road - No sewage or grey water is to be drained in the campground area. There is a dump station by the Kiosk (free of charge for campers) - SPEED LIMIT: 10km in the Park - ATV POLICY – NO ATVs driven in the campground. All ATVs must either be loaded in the truck box or loaded on a trailer if being brought into the campground. Failure to comply may result in your eviction from the Park. - NO FIRECRACKERS OR FIREWORKS ARE PERMITTED IN THE PARK **Check-out/Check-in/Renewals** - Check-out time: 1:00pm - Check-in time: 2:00pm - Renewals: at or before 12:00pm - Check-out means out of the campsite, not out of the park. There is parking available behind the ball diamonds if you want to extend your stay past 1:00pm that day ### Cancellation Policy *Cancellation of any reservation is subject to a $25.00 Cancellation Fee.* **Reservations of 1-3 nights:** - Require 48 hours notice prior to check in time for full refund + cancellation fee - Less than 48 hours notice prior to check in time 1 nights fees + cancellation fee **Reservations of 4-6 nights:** - Require 48 hours notice prior to check in time for full refund + cancellation fee - Less than 48 hours notice prior to check in time 2 nights fees + cancellation fee **Reservations of 7-14 nights:** - Require 1 week notice prior to check in time for full refund + cancellation fee - Less than 1 week notice prior to check in time 4 nights fees + cancellation fee **Reservations of 15- 29 nights:** - Require 2 weeks notice prior to check in time for full refund + cancellation fee - Less than 2 weeks notice prior to check in time 1 week fees + cancellation fee **Reservations of 30 nights or more:** - Require 2 weeks notice prior to check in time for full refund + cancellation fee - Less than 2 weeks notice prior to check in time 2 weeks fees + cancellation fee
