About this space

Large car park (min 25 spaces) in front of the stadium and giving direct access to the lake. Very calm during this period. Some cars until 10 p.m. and no train between 10 p.m. & 8 a.m. In summer very probably very busy because cafe, bar, restaurant and beach.
