About this campground
Selected as this site is 1,300m high in a stunningly scenic area of the Les Alpes de Haute Provence with mountains all round and lakes nearby. It is a family-run site offering amazing facilities including superb indoor and outdoor swimmming pools. It is only 200m from the mountain village and ski-resort of St Jean Montclar and close to the Mercantour National Park and the Serre-Ponçon lake. There is a wide variety of outdoor and mountain activites nearby making the site a perfect spot for a family holiday. It can be cold at night even in summer due to the altitude and a good torch is recommended as the site is not well lit.
