The location provides convenient access to over 13 miles of hiking trails that wind through the park and adjacent Mohican Memorial State Forest, showcasing features like Lyons Falls, the Clear Fork Gorge, and scenic overlooks of Pleasant Hill Lake. The park setting offers a wilderness experience with the hemlock forest and Mohican River nearby, while still providing the comfort of not needing to bring camping equipment.
