About this campground
The 'Métairie Clémesin' is located at more than 1000m on the back of the Chasseral. The former alpine hut is today a rustic restaurant and an insider tip for hikers, connoisseurs of Terroir dishes and nature lovers. You enjoy a wonderful view of the Val-de-Ruz and can walk from the camp on a 'Chemin Chouette'. A 15min de parc aventure Chaumont. Your camp is located in the parking lot of the Alp restaurant 'Métairie Clémesin'. Therefore, it can move to and fro on weekends and holidays and in beautiful weather. Tip for peace seekers: On Tuesday and Wednesday, the Métairie is closed. On request, you can use one of the two wooden tables and enjoy the view of the valley. The unique Allen landscape of Val-de-Ruz was chosen by the SLFP, Foundation of Landscape Protection Switzerland, to the 'Landscape of the Year 2022'.
