Campers must be 19 or older to rent campsites. The person who registers the site is responsible for the site and any campers or visitors at the site. Check IN time is 2:00 p.m. and check OUT time is 12:00 p.m. No refunds given for early departure at any time. Reservations must be completed online. Full payment is required at time of placing reservation. All patrons must purchase a daily or season gate pass to enter the park. All cancellations are subject to a $15.00 cancellations fee plus possible loss of camping fees. Please refer to the full refund policy for details. Only one camping unit per site except for a tent for use by minor children. Any other tents on site will be charged an additional $20. All vehicle must clearly display a valid park pass on the windshield. Do not leave fires unattended. All open fires shall be kept to a manageable and safe size. Firewood may be purchased at the Park Office. The shower facilities are free however there are costs incurred through septic disposal. Please help us keep costs down by limiting water consumption. Septic waste must be disposed into a sewage system or receptacle. No fireworks are to be set off in the campgrounds. Speed limit in all campgrounds is 15 km. Quiet time is 11:00 p.m.to 7:00 a.m. No underage alcohol consumption. Pets must be kept on leashes at all times, are not allowed in the washrooms or showers, and are not allowed on the beaches. You are responsible for the cleanliness of your site. A Triways bin is located across from the washrooms by the playground and Camp Kitchen. If you are asked to turn down music or noise, respond politely and promptly. Lack of respect for Park Officials will result in immediate eviction and registered campers may not be allowed to rent a site in the future. The second weekend in July is the annual Ball Tournament/Music Festival. All patrons, 18 and older require a $20 wristband. Be sure to include wristbands when booking your campsite for that weekend. These rules are intended to be fair and to provide all campers with a safe and enjoyable camping experience.

About this campground

McLaren Lake Regional Park has a natural beauty of its own with the spring water shed spilling into the lake from miles around. The park has lots to offer: regular, seasonal and group camping, bathrooms with showers as well as a concession and camp kitchen. Enjoy the beach area while boaters laze the day away and have fun with water sports. Kids can dig, climb, swing and hang around in the playground. There is a tetherball and a basket ball area to shoot hoops. Try your skills at horseshoes or grab a few friends for a friendly game of beach volleyball or softball, or golf with the gophers on the 9-hole course.

For those who enjoy nature, search the grounds for the many different wildflowers in bloom, or simply appreciate bird watching and the serenity of the vast prairie. Every July 1st, Canada Day is celebrated in the park with fireworks to end the day. The second weekend in July features the annual Ball Tournament and Music Festival ($20 wrist bands for patrons 18 and older is required in addition to park entry on Saturday) *Book early! You don't want to miss out on the fun this weekend has to offer. This family friendly park provides opportunity to meet people, make new friends and create memories of time spent at the quiet gem called McLaren Lake.
