McKay's Bend Recreation Site

This campsite offers a clean and welcoming environment with a legendary host who is highly praised by visitors. While the facilities are well-maintained and the location provides easy access to the highway, some campers have noted issues with road noise and a lack of tent camping spots. The campground is currently closed due to a fire, and it primarily caters to fishermen, which may not appeal to all families. Overall, it seems to be a decent option for RV campers, but potential visitors should be aware of its limitations.
