We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel the quantities offered on our website or limit the sales to any person, household, geographic region or jurisdiction. Prices are subject to change, without notice. Unless otherwise indicated, prices displayed on our website are quoted in Canadian dollars. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse bookings. If we believe that you have made a false or fraudulent booking, we will be entitled to cancel the booking and inform the relevant authorities. We do not guarantee the accuracy of pictures or our campsites or products on our website. **Our refund policy is as follows...** 1. Bookings of 30 Days or More: o Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to check-in to receive a full refund. o A $25 cancellation fee applies. 2. Bookings Under 30 Days: o Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to check-in to receive a full refund. o A $25 cancellation fee applies. 3. Refund Eligibility: o Cancellations made after the specified notice period will not be eligible for a refund. o There are no rain checks or refunds for bad weather. **No-Show Policy** Reserved campsites are held until 2:00 p.m. on the day following your scheduled arrival date. If you have reserved a campsite through Let's Camp and will be arriving after 2:00 p.m. on the day following your scheduled arrival date, please contact the park office at 306-497-7111 with your estimated arrival time. If you are unable to reach the office, you may also contact the gate at 306-466-4438. We will make every effort to accommodate campers who notify us of a late arrival. If we do not receive notification of your late arrival, you will be considered a no-show and your reservation will be cancelled. Campers will forfeit up to 7 nights of camping fees, depending on the length of their stay. Any remaining camping fees will be refunded. The reservation fee is non-refundable.
