Mandale Campsite

Mandale House is situated on the edge of Lathkill Dale in the "White Peak" area of the Peak District National Park. It is a working farm and lies about one and a half miles from the village of Over Haddon and three miles from the old market town of Bakewell.Lathkill Dale is now a nature reserve managed by English Nature to protect a variety of flora and fauna as well as some outstanding geological features.Mandale House enjoys a superbly quiet and peaceful setting but is only minutes away from the village pubs and retaurants. The cities of Sheffield, Derby, Nottingham and Manchester can all be reached within an hour.We are fortunate enough to live amongst some of the finest unspoilt scenery in the country - the ideal base for a relaxed country holiday.Facilities - Flush toilets, washbasins, washing up room (with freezer for blocks) hot showers(charges apply for showersand hot water)
