Refund policy Full refund will be given at least 5 days before check-in 50% refund will be given within 5 days of check-in Pet Policy Pets are welcome for a fee of $10 per booking, but we kindly request that you keep your pet on a leash if they tend to wander. Please note that our property is not fenced, and we have neighbors nearby, plus our on dog Islay. Islay is very friendly and very use to seeing other dogs on the property. Please pick up after your dog. We provide poop bags. Quiet time We live in a very quite area and sound travels very easily. We ask that all guests are quiet after 10pm. Proximity to Our Home Our property is a 2 acre wooded piece of land close to the lake, but unfortunately we don't have lake access. Our house is located 60 feet from the tent, separated by a generous amount of trees. We have a little one (3 years old) who loves spending time outdoors, especially on warm days. You may hear him enjoying the garden during the day, but rest assured, it will be very quiet in the evenings.

Littlewoods glamping tent offers guests a unique camping experience with all the benefits of camping without compromising on comfort. Our tent is fully powered so you can charge cell phones and devices easily. Additionally, there is a mini fridge in our brand new kitchenette to keep food and drinks cool, and the hot outdoor shower will definitely be a highlight of your stay. Littlewoods has been thoughtfully created so guests can enjoy, relax and soak up the surrounding nature as much as possible.
