Lincoln State Park

This Indiana state park has much to do. The lake offers a boat dock, paddle boating, canoeing, kayaking, and swimming. There is a volleyball court, recreation programs, and a playground for the kids. The park also offers an interpretive center with instructional programs, walks, and waysides. Walking tours offer great opportunities to see local wildlife and birdwatching. Possibly best of all, it is only 5 miles from Holiday World & Splashin Safari. After a wild day at the park, you can relax and recuperate in this natural setting. The nature programs, recreation programs, cultural sites, exhibits, and interpretive center here offer good information for inquisitive minds. Additionally, there is a museum and artifact/petroglyph view less than a mile away. There is a playground for the younger set and plenty to interest older kids and adults.
