About this campground

Overview Beautiful, peaceful countryside/open moorland awaits discovery. Local locations were used in the filming of Poldark, and Doc Martin’s marriage was filmed at St Nonna’s church, Altarnun known as “The Cathedral of The Moors.” Stop at Davidstow aerodrome, for a picnic on the open moorland watching the animals roam. Visit the museum, or Crowdy reservoir. Beautiful coastal locations, Quaint Harbours lay ahead. Boscastle, Port Isaac (famed for Doc Martin) Trebarwith Strand and Tintagel with breath taking views along North Cornwall’s rugged coast. Drive via Widemouth Bay on coast route to Bude (surfers paradise) The central location of my site offers easy access to the stunning south coast.
