Lakeview Park Campground

1. Check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am unless the site is unoccupied or the lot is not reserved. 2. Where space is available the camper may set up an additional dining tent and sleeping tent on the site (for children), visiting adults overnight will be charged regular camping fees as per the schedule of fees. 3. Maximum of two (2) vehicles are allowed on your designated site. 4. All quads & ATV’s must exit the campground in the most direct route. 5. Anyone riding an ATV, quad or golf cart must possess a valid driver’s license and wearing helmets. Occupants must comply with the motor vehicle laws. 6. No quads, ATV’s or golf carts are to be started on campground property from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am. 7. Management has the right to refuse excessively loud quads, ATV’s or golf carts. 8. Campground visitors must park their vehicles in designated visitor parking area. 9. All unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense. 10. Campsite and fire pit are not to be altered in any way. Fire pits are not to be moved. Fires are allowed in the pits only and should be kept small and under control. All garbage must be bagged and placed in garbage bins. Recycling bins are available and must be respected. There is only one fire pit allowed per site. 11. Seasonal camping sites are neither transferable nor refundable. The renting, subletting or assigning of camping units, camping privileges or campsites is not permitted. 12. Seasonal renters 3 weeks and longer are responsible for maintaining their site. Keeping the grass cut and garbage picked up is your responsibility. 13. All pets must be kept leashed, tied up, caged or under physical control at all times. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Barking dogs or those causing a disturbance will be dealt with promptly. Campers who don’t contain their pets will be asked to remove them. 14. Any time. Failure to comply will result in persons being removed. You are responsible for the behavior of anyone (visitors, campers) visiting your site. All visitors are bound by campground rules. 15. Alcoholic beverages may be consumed only on designated sites. Glass containers are not permitted off designated campsite. Lakeview Park is a family campground and we ask our guests to be respectful. 16. Fireworks are strictly prohibited in the campground. 17. Refunds for reservations will be given with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. 18. When booking the entire campground, fees must be paid in full. Cancellations two (2) weeks or less prior to the will result in half the fees being kept. 19. Under no circumstances is Lakeview Park liable for injury to persons, including their guests or invitees or for loss of property damage due to fire, theft or accident. Guests must determine to what extent of insurance is required to protect themselves and guests against such a loss. 20. Damage to or defacing of property will result in financial penalty. Uncontrolled destructive children or youth will not be tolerated by management and may result in their being banned from the Park or your eviction. Children without adequate supervision may be asked to leave the area. 21. DISREGARD FOR RULES, STAFF OR OTHERS WILL RESULT IN YOUR REMOVAL.
