It's a good idea for people to be able to get along with the old people's experience and camping at the same time, but since they're rented out, they can't be bothered by their neighbors' rents, and from famous brands. It's a good idea for people to want to touch something different than the city of Fukuyama. It's not hard for them to go shopping for 15 minutes. It's pretty convenient for them to get on their way to supermarkets, restaurants, food and shelters.
