About this campground
The Herajärvi Visitor Centre is open all year round. It is peaceful and in the beautiful scenery of Herajärvi, in the outskirts of Koli, surrounded by beautiful nature and clean waters. Kiviniemi is the starting and crossing point of the Herajärvi tour, a hiker's dream destination. The main building of our campsite was damaged by fire. Despite the fire, our operations continue almost unchanged. Our café will be transformed into a summer café for the summer-summer season, offering similar services to the main building. Shower services will be available in our courtyard sauna and new bio-toilets will replace the water toilet services. Welcome to enjoy the beautiful scenery while staying on the shores of Herajärvi in the Koli area.
