About this campground

Killiwerris Touring Park is a small and friendly family run touring caravan park purely for adults.It is located 5 miles north west of the City of Truro, and just 4 miles from the Coastal Village of St Agnes.Being centrally situated and within easy reach of all main routes makes it an ideal base for touring virtually all of Cornwall.A network of footpaths and bridleways can be easily accessed from the site, enabling pleasant walking, with or without a four-legged friend.The charming city of Truro, with it’s Cathedral, theatre, restaurants, cafes and shops is only a ten minute drive away or is easily accessible by the excellent new Park and Ride service.

We are members of Tranquil Touring Parks, the Association of Exclusively Adult Only Touring Parks. TOURINGWe have pitches for up to 20 touring units, sixteen of which are gravel hard standing. All pitches have electric and fresh water connection, the hard standing pitches all have individual grey waste water drains. Our quiet and peaceful setting, together with our close proximity to the North and South coasts, make this an ideal spot for a real getaway from it all holiday.The park is open all year and we look forward to welcoming you to Cornwall. The washing up area has two sinks with drainers, that allow a pleasant view over the gardens whilst washing your dishes.All our pitches have 16 amp electric hook up and drinking water connection, with the hard standing pitches also having the added benefit of grey waste water drains.ReceptionIn our reception, we have milk, bread, free-range eggs and ice cream. Should you require a daily paper we will be pleased to arrange this for you. Please help yourselves to the books in our library and the various tourist information that is available.Television reception is excellent, but please be aware that Cornwall is now fully digital.Chacewater Village which is less than one mile away provides a Post Office, fish and chip shop, bakers, general store and three public housesTOURISMThe Cathedral City of Truro, just 5 miles south east, has wide ranging shopping facilities offering a great diversity of goods. Situated halfway along the length of Cornwall and mid-way between the country’s north and south coasts, the city of Truro stands in a strategic position and one that has led to its development as a touring and holiday centre. LinkPerranporth and Newquay are only a short dirve away and both have excellent sandy beaches. We are just 12 miles from the South Coast resort of Falmouth, which is the home of the highly acclaimed Maritime Museum.Tourist BoardWe are just 4 miles from St Agnes, a picturesque village on the north coast of Cornwall. Steeped in mining history, the village still retains a traditional friendly Cornish atmosphere.St Agnes offers a variety of year-round activities for all the family. Scenic coastline, fantastic beaches, arts and craft shops, excellent walks, and mining heritage. LinkWhy not pay a visit to the Eden Project or the Lost Garden of Heligan, both of which are within 25 miles.If you like fishing, there is a very good coarse fishing lake nearby and for those of you who are slightly more energetic, there are several golf courses within easy reach.
