About this campground
There are 3 different campsites available. Because they were all fully booked (high season for bats!) they let us camp at the Conservation Center (which is outside of the national park). Firewood provided, camping 10 USD pppn + entrance fee 63 ZMW pppn+ car. Don't miss to visit the BBC Hide for bat watching! The "Kasanka Conservation Center" is 1,5 km away from the gate of the national park. It is inside the national park, therefore normal entry fees apply. The conservation center lies in the forest and is very quiet day and night. Seat toilets with water spooling, cold showers, on demand even warm showers. Water from a tank. A kitchen can be used.

There are chalets with two simple double rooms, sharing a toilet and shower, as well as dorms. A pretty dining room is also available. The whole thing is not up to date standard but neat and clean. The employees are very committed and friendly.
