Bow River CampgroundBow Valley Provincial Park, Alberta About an hour west of Calgary is the Bow River Campground, which was expanded by twenty pitches in spring 2017.Most pitches now have electricity. During the 2018 season, water connections and a shower station are expected to be added. So far, the Campground Plumpsklos offers a variety of recreational opportunities, from hiking to cycling to paddling on the Bow River.Number of pitches: 66 (reservable) Opening hours (approx.): 27.04. - 08.10. (may vary, even in the year of establishment) Note: Please note that we recommend campsites in conjunction with a camper trip booked with us matching the itinerary.
