About this campground
Holme Head Caravan Park is a family owned and run park which has been managed by our family for over 50 years. We are situated on the banks of the River Greta under the historic viaduct in Ingleton near the entrance to the famous Waterfalls Walk . Ingleton is often referred to as "Gateway to the Dales" due to the fact that the fine open country side of the Yorkshire dales is right on our door step. We are only 5 minutes walk from the centre of Ingleton with its many attractions, shops and cafes.

By car you can be in Settle, Lancaster, Morecambe or Kendal within about 30 minutes and Windermere and Skipton within an hour.Site FacilitiesOur Caravans are well spaced to give an open airy feel to the site and all have electricity. TV's are available for hire, subject to availability.There is plenty of room for children to play. The site is well lit at night and well maintained. We do permit dogs as long as they are kept under control and on a leash at all times.We have a payphone on site with a list of local emergency and other useful numbers, you are also kept up to date with local events on our notice board.Our other on site facilities include a toilet and washroom block with free hot showers. We also have a shop selling caravan accessories, fancy goods and toys, etc. Fishing is available in the river Greta from the site. Children under supervision and adults can enjoy safe bathing and play in the river with access from the site.
