Located on the Cumberland plateau at Crossville Tennessee, the park is a peaceful and quiet place to come and relax. All lots are owned, not leased, so it is your own little piece of Paradise! Many owners have park models on their RV Lot in order to have a cozy get-away always waiting on them. The park has many amenities including it's own private beach on Lake Tansi, a playground, Putt-Putt, a large pavilion for pot lucks, children activities and seasonal church services on Sunday morning. The park does have a limited number of boat docks available for rent on a first come first serve basis. There is also a marina next door with covered slips for rent, a place to store boats and Pontoon boat rentals. With your lot ownership there is a small monthly Condo fee which includes, your sewer and use of all the parks facilities and also those of Lake Tansi Village. Updated 1/10/2018
