About this campground
Welcome to idyllic Oberhombach, the place where deer and wild boar say goodnight to you ;-) Experience the peace and tranquility of our campsite in the climatic health resort of Wissen. Nestled in pristine nature, the spacious grounds and the house, which we only acquired in 2024, offer plenty of privacy and relaxation. On the path to our own stream, which flows along the entire property, you can nibble on our blackberry and raspberry bushes and explore the wildlife trail to find your favorite spot. There are numerous activities to enjoy in the area around Wissen and Gebhardshain.

For example, you can discover various hiking trails through the picturesque landscapes of the Westerwald or explore the history of one of the region's mining pits. If the local cuisine doesn't appeal to you, or you prefer to self-cater, we provide a private kitchenette with everything you need in our spacious restrooms. To minimize water waste, the showers in the restrooms are operated with shower tokens. These are included in the price for each guest and can be purchased additionally for a mandatory euro. If you have any questions or further requests, please write to us, we look forward to hearing from you!
