About this campground
This gorgeous Michigan cabin rental is perfect for a nature retreat. Referred to by the original property owners as “The Sugar Shack,” the old sugar camp was constructed in 1937. Maple syrup was produced on the farm for many years and sap was harvested from the beautiful sugar maples. This once dilapidated sugar camp has now been restored into a luxurious yet cozy cabin for two. The Michigan vacation rental is tucked into the wooded area next to the historic covered bridge with walls of windows offering stunning views of the ponds, bridge, and river.
