Hillside Campsite, Cranborne

If you’re quiet, you might catch a deer wandering through or a fox meandering about at night. Barn owls and Little Owls talk to each other in the evenings and Woodpeckers, Cuckoos and Nightjars can all be heard and spotted in and around the campsite. We are surrounded by Oak trees which separate us from Ringwood Forest – a 300 acre Forestry Commission woodland which provides endless walking or cycling from right outside the gate and leads directly into Moors Valley Country Park. There is off road walking or cycling directly in to Verwood from the campsite where you will find pubs, shops and restaurants. The market town of Ringwood is a short car journey away and the beaches and shops of Bournemouth are an easy 30 minute drive south. We are close to The New Forest Water Park and Bournemouth nightlife while providing a peaceful base for you to enjoy your weekend. We are a small family run site with 2 permanent glamping areas exclusively for Hen Weekends and plenty of open space. Ideal base for Hen Parties to enjoy daytime adventure activities and the nightlife of Bournemouth Our shower block is free of charge, open 24 hours a day and includes 3 showers including 1 large shower and toilet wet room which is also suitable for disabled access and 3 toilets We have a separate wash up area with free hot water We are open 28th April to 31st October
