The parking lot seems to be a public and free parking lot. Although it belongs to the tourist center, there is no ban on parking here without paying admission. The parking lot offers nothing, but the center does. There are showers, toilets and the possibility to buy gas. You are right on the lake and you can walk around it without any problems.
