About this campground
We first opened in 1913 as a flour mill for The Sunshine Biscuit Company, makers of the famous Cheez-It, but there had been an operational mill on the property dating back to the mid-1800s. This building was operational for more than 60 years before closing, and remained vacant for 40 years. In 2009, The Martin Family opened it up as their tasting room and winery for their , Oregon Mountain Estate Pinot Noir, their infamous Copa Di Vino, wine by the glass as seen on Shark Tank and their boutique wine Quenett. We offer handcrafted wines and great small plates.

Recently written up in The Oregonian as “walking into grandmas bomb shelter” the mill is decorated with pieces from the owners grandparents which became the vibe, now known as Mid-century modern:) Please note: this property sits along the Columbia River. Trains will come through at night anywhere you choose stay along the river in both Wahington and Oregon. It passes by the winery slowly as it is located in the city center. This was a flour mill which operated for 80 years. There are tracks next to the Mill but are not actively used at night.
