About this campground
Our farm is a beautiful, private 25 acres in a rural area with an 1830s house, outbuildings, animals, orchards, gardens, pastures, old trees, wildlife habitat, a spring, and woods. Here you can relax and watch nature, as well as meet our personable chickens, goats, horse, cats, and dog. Get into the action by taking guided tours to learn about the farm, animals, plants, archaeology, and/or history, or do a mead-making workshop and take away your own batch! You can also purchase eggs and homegrown seasonal food and products. Then listen to birdsong and watch clouds during the day, wander a path through our 5 acres of woods, see fireflies in the evening, and star watch at night. Nearby are hiking, horseback riding, historical sites, fishing, antiques, breweries, shooting, and more.
