About this campground
We are located in Downtown Scottsbluff, Nebraska in a historic 4-story building that was originally built for the Western Public Service Company bringing the communities of Western Nebraska together through power lines & electricity. Originally opened in 1931, the iconic building boasts elaborate terra cotta facades, rich walnut woodwork, and terrazzo floors all in the Neoclassical and Art Deco styles. In 2022, renovations began to revive the space to contribute to the popularity of historic Downtown Scottsbluff as a destination for people to gather together for dining, shopping & entertainment.

Our Restaurant was completed on the first floor in 2023, 2nd floor shows historic character with office suites for local businesses, 3rd floor features 6, modern extended-stay studio Suites that opened in 2024, and 4th floor will be a Penthouse space for a single-family residence. We bring a renewed energy to downtown with a nod to a bygone era.
