Dutch Ridge Estates is located up on a mountain top with a classic West Virginia mountain view. Park next to a pond, plug in and relax! Dutch Ridge Road is the gateway to the state, 75 miles the scenic route from Summersville Lake, New River Gorge and The Gauley River. The area here is known as the Moab of the East Coast and Sanderson, WV. It is off roading headquarters, boasting a world class time riding side x sides, jeeps, dirt bikes and any atvs through the wild and wonderful wilderness. There are more outlaw trails than you can ride on in a lifetime. We are partners with Appalachian Outlaw Rentals.

You are able to rent a Polaris Razor online, 2 or 4 seaters, and they will deliver to your door! I am a licensed West Virginia Off Road Tour guide. I charge for world class wilderness tours you can customize the length of our trip and what you would like to see them most of, waterfalls, coal mines, vistas, swim holes, fishing spots, or booze tours, enjoy frozen cocktails along the trails with VIP service! If you would like to take a tour in our side x sides versus renting your own we offer that too! We go rock collecting, mushroom hunting, deer hunting, wild edible searching and so much more, even trips to the bar to eat the best dinner in West Virginia at Paddlers Bar and Grill in Clendenin!
