### Harbour Village Rules & Regulations for Public Seasonals and Public Campers Check-in: 3pm Check-out: 11am Early check-ins no earlier than 12:00pm with a $15/hr fee for each hour before 3pm No early check-ins for Park Models/Cabins. **Quiet Hours: 11pm – 8am** Speed Limit: 5 MPH **I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the campground policies as listed on the Harbour Village Campground website.** *Bikes/Golf Carts/Etc*: Bikes are NOT allowed on sidewalks or trails. Please use the bike racks. All bikes must have a light on them if used at night. Bikes are allowed on the Nature Trail, but please be courteous of those using the area. **Only bikes/scooters that are manually powered by the rider without a motor/battery are permitted on the property. We do not allow (including but not limited to) electric bikes/dirt bikes, sand buggies, motorbikes, ATV's, electric scooters, onewheels, hoverboards, or other similar powered vehicles to be driven on our property.** *Campsites*: All campers are required to register before occupying a site. Do not change your assigned campsite without the approval of the office. For each site, we only permit one camping unit (including but not limited to, Trailers, motorhomes, camper vans, etc) to occupy a lot at a time. If a trailer is pulled with a camper van, 1 of the units will not be able to be used as sleeping quarters. You may add 1 tent to a site that has a camping unit on it. If no camping unit is present, you may have up to 2 tents on a site. You may not alter the campsite in any way without permission from the General Manager. **YOU MUST BACK INTO YOUR SITE**, unless you are renting a pull through site. As a courtesy to all campers please use the designated walkways, trails or roads. DO NOT walk through occupied sites. The washing of camping units or vehicles is not allowed. Upon leaving, your campsite should be as clean as when you entered it. *Children*: No one under the age of 18 (minor) is allowed to use the park without an accompanying adult/parent. Parents/adults are responsible for the conduct of minors in their care. Minors must be at their campsite after 11:00 pm unless they are accompanied by an adult. *Disorderly Conduct*: Please keep the noise (equipment/voices/music) in your campsite quiet enough as not to disturb your neighbors who are also trying to enjoy their camping time. Underage drinking will not be tolerated. **Be aware of quiet hours: 11 pm – 8 am. Please, no vulgar language.** Security personnel conduct periodic patrols, day and night. **DECISIONS OF SECURITY PERSONNEL ARE ABSOLUTELY FINAL PERTAINING TO NOISE, CAMPFIRES, AND OTHER INFRINGEMENTS OF THE RULES.** *Dump Station*: Must use proper hose to drain tanks. DO NOT dump grey or black water on your site! **PERSONAL GREY/BLACK WATER TOTERS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT HARBOUR VILLAGE** We offer pump out services at your site, or the use of our dump station before you leave the campground. *Emergencies, Storms, etc.*: During periods of severe weather or other emergencies, special precautions or measures may be ordered by Management. In the event the hazard is severe enough, the Resort may be closed by Management. Upon notice, all members, guests, and public shall immediately comply with the orders to take specific precautions or evacuate. *Emergency Medical Services*: There is a hospital in Sturgeon Bay approximately 9 miles away. All serious problems shall be referred there or other appropriate facilities. In no event will the Resort or Management be responsible for the treatment of any injuries or for the actions of others involved in such treatment. *Firearms and Weapons*: The possession of firearms, BB guns, sling shots, or other weapons determined dangerous by Management are prohibited. *Fires*: Campfires are allowed in the fire pit only. Fires must be attended at all times. Fire pits must be free of all garbage before leaving the park. Fires must be extinguished before leaving the park. *Fireworks*: **Fireworks are NOT allowed in the park at any time.** *Flyers/Notices*: All flyers/notices should only be posted on bulletin boards, and need to be approved by management in advance. Anything not approved will be removed. *Game Equipment*: All equipment necessary for the various recreational activities may be checked out in the pavilion. A driver’s license/ID card will be required. We will hold onto the driver’s license/ID card until the equipment is returned in good condition. If there are damages, they will be assessed and you may be charged repair and/or replacement fees. *Garbage*: **You must remove your own trash from your campsite.** Dumpsters and recycling bins are located up at our dump station. Please put items in proper bin. You must remove all trash from your fire pit. All violations are susceptible to a $25 fine. # Harbour Village Resort & Water Park Hold Harmless Waiver The WIBIT Zone is a "pay to play" amenity that requires the purchase of aadditional, seperate daily or seasonal wristband. The WIBIT Zone and Activity Pool will be subject to the following regulations and conditions for use. All users must adhere to the following: [1] Life jackets are required for all participants when using the inflatable floating WIBIT Zone playground. Participants must use Harbour Village issued life jackets for this attraction. [2] Must be 6 years of age or older and at least 42” tall in bare feet to access our inflatable WIBIT Zone floating playground & Water Slide at the Activity Pool. [3] Participants must remove all jewelry, keys, glasses, sunglasses and sharp objects from their person and must be wearing swimming apparel only. [4] Access onto the WIBIT Zone & Activity Pool via the designated areas only. Do not climb up onto the security equipment or fences. [5] Do NOT swim underneath any piece of equipment. Failure to abide to this rule will result with your removal from the WIBIT Zone and Activity Pool [6] Users must enter the water feet first including all slides. [7] No Head First Diving or Flips permitted. [8] Horseplay is prohibited. No Pushing, Shoving or Rough Play permitted at any time. Behavior that is unsafe to the users of the park will result in removal from the WIBIT Zone or Activity Pool. [9] Listen to the instructions from the Lifeguards at the Activity Pool and the Attendants at the WIBIT Zone all times. Any insubordination or intentional physical contact with a lifeguard will result in removal. [10] Access to the floating WIBIT Zone playground is prohibited when the attractions are not open. I the registrant/ parent/guardian of the participants listed below Camping at Harbour Village Resort & Water Park, do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless the campground, the organizers, sponsors, members, and supervisors of the campground for any injury or damages incurred while using the WIBIT Zone playground. I grant to Harbour Village Resort & Water Park, its representatives and employees the right to take photographs of me in connection with any recreation programs and/or events I attend. I authorize Harbour Village Resort & Water Park to use and publish these photographs in print and/or electronically in our social media outlets for marketing purposes. **By completing your reservation, you hereby agree to comply to any and all conditions set forth in this Hold Harmless waiver. ** This campground has dynamic pricing set and the price you pay for your site may vary depending on various factors set.
