######## ACCESS ######## Guests will have this cottage to them selves and a private fire pit. ######## NEIGHBORHOOD ######## Oriole Rd is a tight knit community of seasonal cottagers with an excellent patio restaurant across the street from our property and a marina directly next to the Kabins. This makes for the perfect setting for convenience to enjoy water sport and great food. Fenelon Falls is a beautiful little town. It is home to lock 34 on the Trent-Severn Waterway between Sturgeon Lake and Cameron Lake. There are many great restaurants, pubs, shops, a grocery store, Friday farmer’s market and a beautiful waterfront park. All this is within walking distance of The Kabins by the falls. ######## TRANSIT ######## We offer 1 parking space per booking. If driving around town isn’t your thing, the ATV trails are 1KM away as well there are boat slip rentals directly across the street. ######## ADDITIONAL RULES ######## - Guest must be over 25 years of age to book. - No smoking on the property - no parties or excessive noise at any time - no guests outside of the ones on the booking - one car per booking - Pets to be pre approved by owner and only one per stay - no beer bottles (cans only) - shoes not permitted inside - camp fires to be small and in the provided fire pit only - have fun and make great memories
