About this campground

This gorgeous bell tent is ideal for two guests to enjoy an off-grid getaway in Inman Valley, South Australia. The five meter tent sits nicely in a clearing within a small eucalyptus gum tree forest and has great views of the valley. The plush bed comes with plenty of blankets and quilts to ensure glampers will be cozy when night comes. Guests have an outdoor portaloo toilet, along with an outdoor camp shower in a screen enclosure under the trees. Outside, guests have plenty of space to sit out and enjoy the country's surroundings. The fire pit is surrounded by sitting logs and glampers can serve up a meal outdoors by the BBQ when evening rolls around.

Guests even receive some basic supplies and other handy amenities including solar lighting as well as battery power to charge phones. A 6m x2m caravan/cabin provides a sheltered cooking area, pantry, esky (byo ice), and lounge with indoor wood fire so even if it rains you have a sheltered living space in addition to the tent. Basic provisions are included such as pancake mix, ground coffee and plunger, teas, and fresh drinking water. Outdoor fire pit and one bag of firewood provided (outside of fire danger season).

Reviews

AI review summary

Overall, this campsite offers a unique and picturesque getaway, particularly praised for its stunning views and cozy accommodations. Many guests appreciate the friendly and responsive staff, as well as the cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities. However, some reviews mention that the outdoor shower can be cold and that certain aspects feel more like camping than glamping. Additionally, limited winter activities and occasional weather-related discomfort were noted. Despite these minor drawbacks, the campsite remains highly recommended for couples and those seeking a peaceful retreat.
