About this campground
Welcome to Gläserner Bauernhof Vogtland, a campsite with a stunning view of our fishing ponds and the entire farm. Upon arrival, our site manager will personally greet you and provide a brief orientation. Your relaxing getaway can then begin. Our donkeys, goats, sheep, and other animals are eagerly awaiting your affection. For fishing enthusiasts or beginners (no fishing license required here), our two fishing ponds are available. With a bit of luck, you might catch a delicious dinner. Feel free to use our complimentary grill. For those who love hiking and cycling, the Vogtland panoramic trail passes right by us, along with many other routes. Recently, we've added e-bike rentals on site.

Interested in workshops and seminars? We offer them at our countryside school. Although we're not a commercially operated farm, we're a meeting place for nature and environmental education. Our countryside school is happy to share extensive knowledge about the wonderful world of medicinal and wild herbs to all ages. To start your day off right, we offer daily bread roll service (not available in winter months). Forgot your jam at home? No problem. Our small direct marketing shop sells homemade fruit spreads, sausage, wild herb salt, liqueur for the evening campfire, and more. Dogs are welcome here, provided they are well socialized and do not chase our animals. For a change of scenery, you can also spend relaxing nights in our barn village's wooden hut. In addition to the site fee, we are obliged to collect the city tax for Markneukirchen. In return, you'll receive a guest card with numerous discounts for dining and leisure activities in our region. Adults: 1.60 EUR/night Children 6 - 17 years: 0.80 EUR/night Children up to 5 years: free If your toilet uses only biodegradable additives, you can dispose of it here (not available in winter months).
